Animal Tragedy Strikes: Tiger Handler Films Final Moments Before Fatal Enclosure Attack
A routine day at a wildlife sanctuary turned into an unimaginable nightmare as horrifying final footage comes to light.
New details have emerged surrounding a tragic animal attack after authorities recovered footage of a wildlife worker filming his own fatal encounter with a tiger.
William Chapman, an experienced animal handler, reportedly recorded the final moments leading up to the incident on his phone at a private wildlife facility. According to investigators, the short video captured Chapman approaching the adult Bengal tiger’s enclosure just moments before the predator lashed out.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene following distress calls from facility staff, but Chapman succumbed to his severe injuries at the scene. Wildlife safety inspectors and local law enforcement have since launched a full-scale review into enclosure security protocols and safety compliance at the sanctuary to determine how the fatal breach occurred.
